Paradise Found

Dear Barbara, In June we rented a beachfront condo for a week to explore Ponce Inlet and the nearby area, we were looking for a beach community that felt "right" for us. Ponce Inlet felt right and we decided it would be a great place to retire. We also knew we needed the "right" Realtor to find a home that would fit our needs and our budget. Soon after we met with you we knew you were that Realtor. You knew the area thoroughly and pointed out things we needed to know. You showed us more then a dozen homes over the course of three months and when the offers didn't work out on a couple, you didn't give up. You were always accessible by phone, fax or e-mail to keep us informed and answer our questions. And when we did find the right home for us, you made sure we didn't overpay and got what we expected. You were there for us when the home inspection took place and again for closing. But what makes you the best Realtor ever is that after we owned the house and needed a contractor for some roof improvements, you arranged for me to meet with your General Contractor and he brought his roofing contractor with him. A difficult sale!!

To Whom It May Concern, Barbara LaVelle was a definite asset in my home selling process. She persevered through numerous obstacles to sell my home. I would say my house was a particularly difficult transaction to broker due to the conduct of the buyer. Despite the arrogant and unruly behavior of the buyer, Barbara kept her calm, negotiated gainfully on my behalf, and ultimately guided the transaction to closure.
